Inspiration Central is a
company that has been created to assist people in finding and reconnecting
with their Joyful Spirit! Playing is our preferred avenue for this
reconnection!
We all have a Joyful Spirit! He or she may be squashed down in a corner.
They may be dusty, rusty, or crusty. But they are within us.
It is our Joyful
Spirit who leads us to the moments that take our breath away! It is who
causes us to notice the dew covered spider web glistening in the morning
sunlight. It is who laughs until we cannot catch our breath.
Playing nurtures our Joyful Spirit. Playing
relaxes us and brings us to the present moment. As we reconnect, the
energy within our body softens and loosens. An energetic shift takes place
and our field of vision opens and expands. Our shoulders relax down from
around our ears. Our breath slows and deepens filling us with a greater
appreciation of life.
We are meant to live joyful lives! Our Joyful Spirit is our guide. By
knowing our own Joyful Spirit, we are easily guided to choices that ensure
we live the life we desire. A life of our choosing that nurtures and
fulfills us. Our Joyful Spirit leads us to our own authenticity.
