Inspiration Central - Classes and Workshops

Do you have a dream? Are you working toward that dream? It’s time to begin manifesting your dream! In this class, we will use guided visualization and make a collage that is overflowing with images that represent your dream. Making a collage will get you moving toward the realization of your dream by creating a physical representation of your dream!

Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese Art of Placement. Feng Shui, (pronounced Fung Shway), literally means wind and water. It is the study of the dynamic flow of energy that connects and moves all things through life.

In this introductory class, we will explore the basic principles of Feng Shui, clutter clearing, and creating a living environment that is your personal paradise!

      Remember when you went over to your best friend's house and asked, "Can you come out to play?" Finding Your Joyful Spirit invites you to remember the pure delight of playing. Too often, our life is driven by a "to do" list. Playing nurtures our spirit allowing it room to breathe and express.

      We will be playing so come prepared to giggle! A "Get me started" play kit is provided to assist us in exploring the benefits of play and how we may easily incorporate it into our life. Call me; let's have a play date!

      I love teaching this class! One of my favorite things about it is its adaptability to any time frame and almost any environment. We can choose an hour to a whole day!

Body - Mind - Spirit. All three are connected and impacted by our thoughts and words. Everything is energy. We each have our own unique vibrational pattern. Our thoughts and words create and impact our vibration. Our vibration acts like a beacon or magnet to attract what we are thinking and talking about.
Consciously choosing our words and thoughts is tantamount to placing our hands on the steering wheel of our life. It empowers us to create and live our grandest vision!

This class is appropriate and applicable to anyone who wishes to explore the body – mind - spirit connection and gain a clearer understanding of the power our thoughts and words.

      There is a Magic Key. You don't have to buy it. You don't get it from anyone else. You already possess it. It is inside of you.

      The Magic Key is self-appreciation. It is from the operating system of self-appreciation that we release resistance and come into alignment with our heart.

      One to two hours is a good class length. Price is subject to length and location of class.

      A Nine-Day Online Mini Course. There are nine sections to the Bagua Map. I will take one section (gua) each day and discuss its relevance to our life. I will include the I Ching explanation for the gua. We will ask and answer the questions: What is my intention? and How do I live my intention?

      At the end of nine days, we will have giant smiles on our faces and know a whole lot more about who we are and how we are choosing to live! We will also know what our intentions are in each part of our life and if or how we are taking action on them.
